Tree House Coffee Company
Charlton, MA 01507, USA
The Vergara brothers began producing coffee in 1990 when their parents Edilberto and Nubia moved to the small village of San Isidro in the town of Pitalito, Huila. Their three sons, Carlos, Johan, and Diego, now manage a family farm of 30,000 coffee trees. Through studying different facets of specialty coffee production, cultivation, and processing, the brothers bring to market special varietals, including Chiroso and Pink Bourbons—familiar names if you’ve been enjoying single origin releases from Tree House Coffee Company. We are excited to debut our first Sidra Bourbon varietal, thanks to the passion and initiative of this new generation of coffee producers. This emerging varietal is a hybrid between Bourbon and Typica, characterized by a high level of sweetness, crisp acidity and a velvety body. In this new offering, the coffee team tastes notes of ripe pineapple, pear crisp, and rose. We hope you enjoy!
