About This Coffee

Named after the Korean word mystery (신비), this is one of the most complex and layered coffees that we've offered yet. This coffee is produced by a farm located in the Durame Village of Kembata. At 2,100 meters above sea level, the soil is extremely fertile and ideal for growing high quality coffee beans. The farmers incorporate a 36-48 hour fermentation process, resulting in an extremely complex, mysterious, and delightful cup.
