The Texin lot comes from the municipality of Teocelo, a very old producing region where there are huge numbers of coyotes. This was our first crop working in this region and we found many positive surprises. Our importing partner created a competition with local producers from this region, offering a prize for the quality of their cherry, and the results exceeded expectations.
