Bandwidth 2.0 is here—reformulated to lean more into its identity as an espresso. We toned the acidity down a hair, bumped up the buttery mouthfeel, squeezed more chocolate syrup-like flavors into the mix, and kept the soft stone fruit accents. To achieve this, we sourced a very special Brazil natural from small farms in Minas Gerais, and we blended in some delicate washed Ethiopia Sidama. These two coffees together create a beautifully smooth and easy-drinking coffee. Bandwidth 2.0 has carved out some unique space for itself in our menu lineup. It is a medium roast, but you won’t get roasty or overly bitter flavors—the roast is on the lighter side of medium to highlight the clean and delicious flavors.
