About This Coffee

Union Espresso is our link to the more traditional coffee world. As our most developed coffee, we roast it right the edge of what most define as “dark” but still keep it under second crack. This lets the coffee carry the same sweetness and cream body of our other roasts, but with some more traditional flavors.
