About This Coffee

Aromatics are super juicy and bright. In this cup, expect a heavy texture of custard with tasting notes of raspberry preserve, juicy cantaloupe, and a sweet custard finish. This Costa Rica from the Aquiares farm, located in Turrialba, is a red honey process and is grown on the high slopes of the Turrialba Volcano. A Esperanza variety unique to Aquiares, which not only carries the name, but the actual hope for tackling climate change over the next decades. Dedicated to serving high quality coffee while remaining sustainable, coffee plots are interlaced with over a dozen natural springs, all protected with buffer zones in line with their Rainforest Certification.
