"The Bourbon variety also has a volume of sweetness, which I like, but I often find it a bit too sweet. Pink Bourbon has a stronger impression of acidity than the conventional Bourbon variety, and I like its fruity flavor, which can be described as sweet and sour. The slight fermented acidity is also pleasant.
