About This Coffee

This coffee comes from Fazenda Rio Brilhante, a sprawling farm in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro founded by Inácio Urban in the 1980s. The scale of coffee production in this part of Brazil can be enormous and the diversity of flavor profiles even within a single farm's production mirrors that in range. This coffee, which was produced by the Urban family in collaboration with Los Volcanes Coffee, has been consistently impressive over the last few years. Rich chocolate and ripe red fruits merge to create an elegant but cozy cup—we taste subtle notes of cherry and strawberry, dark chocolate, roasted almond, and hazelnut.
