About This Coffee

We are excited to share once more a coffee from our farm, La Palma, located in the mountains that divide Santa Barbara and Fredonia. With an incredible view of the Cauca River Valley, the highest part of the farm reaches an altitude of 2,100 meters. It is there that four years ago we planted many small coffee plants of the Gesha variety. Originally from Ethiopia, this species was discovered by scientists in the sixties and popularized in Panama about 20 years ago. This is one of the purest coffee profiles that can be found among the old varieties that are still grown in Ethiopia, and it’s a privilege to be able to offer it in our shops every once in a while!
