The local villages of Bombe and Shantawane in the Bensa district of Sidamo are known for growing spectacular cafes. Thanks to the anaerobic processing method, the beans have a wonderful aroma of orange, banana and passion fruit. This coffee is the result of an anaerobic-natural treatment and an experience shared for generations. Bombe growers have a long tradition of growing coffee that you can taste. We hope you enjoy this unique nano-lot.
