Jose Humberto De Melo has been growing micro-lots of high quality Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties on his 23 hectare Retiro farm in the famed Cerrado coffee-growing region of Brazil since 2004. Natural processed and sun-dried on cement patios, this coffee offers a balanced cup with notes of brown sugar, chocolate and dark berries; complimented by a pleasant acidity and a velvety mouthfeel.
