Clean and bursting with vibrant flavors. Clean, balanced, and intense is how we describe Mora Mora, another natural coffee coming from the Guji Highlands. Until 2002, Guji wasn’t considered its own coffee region, but recently Guji has become a powerhouse in Eastern Africa, holding its own against the neighboring areas of Sidamo and Yirgacheffe. Ample rainfall, steep mountainous terrain, and high elevation combine to create the unique profiles we see coming from this area. Considering Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, the farming practices remain primarily traditional, especially in Guji. Natural processing is a complex craft to master. Mora Mora is the perfect example of a well processed natural coffee.
