A coffee with a soft, smooth, and calming sweetness- it’s not flat though- the cup also has a mild “curve” to it. The coffee Belarmino-san makes has the essence of what we want our community to experience. Compared to the last year’s voluminous sweet cup that left us a great impression, this year’s crop tastes closer to the crop from 2 years ago, having a long-lasting soft fruitiness and Japanese tea-like umami. Getting to experience the subtle change and development over the years is one of the joys of purchasing from the same producer every year- Belarmino-san says that they are planning to start growing geisha and SL, and while it may take several years, we are looking forward to tasting them. This is our 3rd year of Belarmino-san’s Pacas. Enjoy this versatile cup that compliments any and every occasion.
