Our second lot working with the Lamastus Family Estates from Panama, The Lamastus Family has been producing coffee in Panama for four generations since 1918. This washed Geisha is truly a beautiful coffee that reminds us of jasmine florals, bright and juicy lime, green slush and bright citrus. 100g Variety: Experimental Country: Panama Region: Volcan Baru National Forest Reserve Process: Sun in bastidor/screen, and Guardiola rotating driers. 10 to 12 days to finish drying.
