About This Coffee

An upscale take on the quintessential American cuppa, Diner Coffee is an homage to memories of bottomless coffee, late nights, early mornings, and all-nighters. We roast this coffee darker than our other offerings in order to bring out the rich, comforting, and nostalgic flavors we grew up with and remember fondly. We wanted to offer the coffee we’ve shared countless times with friends and loved ones, with an emphasis on quality and equitable sourcing. Diner Coffee is a single-origin coffee that will change seasonally. We source dense, high quality lots that have sweetness and acidity to stand up to a darker roast profile and have a little bit left over.
