We chose this coffee from La Bolsa for decaffeination because we thought its body and fruity acidity would produce a complex and interesting decaffeinated coffee and we are delighted with the results. We sent it for decaffeination to Descamex who use the Mountain Water Process. We have been buying coffee from La Bolsa for many years now and this is the second time we have decaffeinated it.
