Bright coffee with notes of blueberry, anise and cherries in chocolate. New harvest with the already beloved Fr. Freelive farm, which is owned by Wildan Mustoff. This farm became famous in the industry's success experiments with processing. Coffee of their production has already become constant in our range - we brought several lots of natural, anaerobic and lactic processing. This coffee was treated in a natural experimental way with a pre-fer fermentation stage before drying in anaerobic environment for 160 hours. In 2010, Wildan and his wife Atik started their first coffee project in Sindankert, the Veningali region. From the first day, Vildan set out to pay attention to quality, although it required gigantic effort. Most of the coffee in Indonesia is traditionally treated with the method of vet-hall. But Wildan began processing coffee in a washed way and experimenting with other methods. The Fringe Farm is located at an altitude of 1,400 meters, on its territory there is a processing station and a ventilated warehouse. This means that production is completely independent, on Frines's farm, all processes control: from the harvest to sorting, processing and shipping. On the farm of Frines there are 6 main plots where local varieties are grown: cigar utang, blu mountain, borebor, treme, P88, line S795, typi, andandxari. Berries for this lot were collected from the trees of a variety of cigars utang.
