Tigrato is a blend consisting of 4 different coffee varieties from 4 different countries. The taste characteristics of Tigrato are raspberry acidity, intense chocolate aftertaste and intense body. It got its name from the appearance on the cup, due to the roasting of the 4 varieties the coffee if we pay attention to its extraction can very easily give us a cup of tabby cream, an indication that we are very close to the right cup for Tigrato.
