About This Coffee

This is a lovely community lot from outside Cusco where many small holders produce organic coffee for the Valle Inca producer group. As such, this is a local blend with quality sorting resulting in an easy drinking profile loaded with notes of nuts and chocolate, a great representation of what we love about coffee from Peru.
