This exclusive coffee from Yemen is made possible by many small farmers from the Sharqi Haraaz sub-region, who passionately plant coffee in the mountains on stone sloped terraces. The coffee is purchased by Al-Ezzi Industries Co. Ltd. at fair conditions through various collection points and then dry-processed in the company's own coffee mill in Sanaa.
