Keramo starts with a perfumed peachy and rooibos aroma. The acidity is pronounced and wavy, reminding me of a pineapple Bubly, fresh ginger, and one of my favorite cocktails, a Moscow mule. The acidity and flavors lead to the finish of this coffee, which is delicately sweet, reminiscent of brown sugar and vanilla.
