About This Coffee

Keramo starts with a perfumed peachy and rooibos aroma. The acidity is pronounced and wavy, reminding me of a pineapple Bubly, fresh ginger, and one of my favorite cocktails, a Moscow mule. The acidity and flavors lead to the finish of this coffee, which is delicately sweet, reminiscent of brown sugar and vanilla. We hope you enjoy and identify this lot that we believe has the 'crazy washed Ethiopia smell.'
