About This Coffee

We’ve committed sacrilege and made a Gesha variety monster by stitching together two different coffee producers. In Tolima, Colombia both Milton Monroy and Israel Hernandez are internationally known for showcasing their Gesha coffees. Milton’s dry fermentation highlights ripe tropical fruits while Israel’s washed process brings out brightness and floral notes. It’s an abomination you will hate to love.
