Sourced from the high altitude slopes of Panama’s Volcán Barú, this exceptional coffee comes from the renowned Elida Estate, a multi-generational family farm known for producing some of the world’s most awarded coffees. The Lamastus family has broken multiple records for their quality, and they are constantly innovating to improve their coffees. This lot is a Catuai variety, processed using an anaerobic slow dry method which develops rich and sweet fruit flavors in the cup, with a dark chocolate complexity.
