About This Coffee
Luz Merino has a small farm in the southeastern province of Zamora Chinchipe and manages her farm with a team of just 3 full time employees. Pacamara is a unique variety and is a cross between Pacas and Maragogype varietals. First thing you'll notice is the size of the bean, they are huge, the flavor is a medium body fruity coffee with flavor notes of guava and mango. This coffee is perfect for a pour over.
