El Mirador is a microlot that grows 100% Gesha coffee, it is celebrated for its exceptional taste and aroma. It is the result of Wbeimar's meticulous selection of only the ripest coffee cherries at his farm. After floating and meticulous hand-sorting, the ripe Gesha cherries are fermented for 30 hours in water. Subsequently, they undergo gentle pulping, thorough washing, and controlled drying in a carefully monitored process. Wbeimar Lasso, a passionate agro-industrial engineer and coffee grower from Pitalito, Huila, has dedicated his life to the art of coffee cultivation. His love for coffee dates back to his childhood, and this passion has driven him to excel in the industry. Wbeimar's commitment to producing high-quality coffee is evident in his meticulous approach to farming.
