We have sourced many coffees from the Coope Tarrazu and many of them have been top selling coffees for us. From washed to natural processed coffees, they always tend to have a nuanced, clean aspect to the cup. This coffee is very reminiscent to the style of natural processed coffees that got us into coffee in the first place, so please enjoy! What’s in the cup? We found notes of blackberry wine, orange and a soft floral finish. This is not a coffee that will punch you with big, boozy fruit notes but it will delight you in the overall balance and enjoyability.
