The farm practices the production of coffee of various treatments: washed, natural, honey, semi-washed and washed with double fermentation. - Lot Yirgacheffee Gr. 2, Adado classified as indigenous Arabica, washed treatment, grade 2 with additional bulkhead, 0-3 defects per sample. This lot was processed at a station located in the Yirgacheffee Adado region; the berries were collected from farms near the station. The total number of farms is 5000, the size of each of which does not exceed 1 hectare; the height of the location is 1900 - 2000 meters above sea level. The SCA score for this lot exceeds 84 points. To achieve this cup quality, only ripe berries were bought from farmers at a premium price.
