This is another coffee that we always have around in some form, though it may not always be from the exact same source. It is integral to many of our blends and therefore doesn’t show up on its own too often. The specifics can vary, as with any agricultural product, but Sumatran coffees tend to exhibit aromatics of warming spices, vanilla, and toast. Sumatran coffees are known for their heavy-bodied earthiness, and you’ll find that here accompanied by notes of vanilla, cream, cedar, and occasionally a mild acidity hanging out in the background.
