Ethiopian coffees have become a staple of our yearly offerings. This year we're excited to bring you a brand new single origin, natural processed coffee from our friend and producer, Mahabub Awel. Our West Arsi coffee is named after the zone in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Sweet notes of graham cracker and honey, pair with a light florality that is characteristic of coffees from this region. We recommend brewing West Arsi as a pour over for the full flavor experience.
