Naturally processed and dried in its cherry, this lot showcases a brilliant fruit-forward profile where the cherry’s sugars infuse the beans throughout fermentation and drying. The result is a vibrant, multi-layered cup with notes of strawberry, tropical fruit, cane sugar, and lemon, balanced by a clean sweetness and lush body.
