At 1,250 meters above sea level, third-generation producers Ernesto Pérez and Givette Pérez Orea continue their family’s century-old legacy, cultivating Criolla, Typica, and Geisha varieties with careful agronomy and a passion for excellence. Naturally processed and dried in its cherry, this lot showcases a brilliant fruit-forward profile where the cherry’s sugars infuse the beans throughout fermentation and drying. The result is a vibrant, multi-layered cup with notes of strawberry, tropical fruit, cane sugar, and lemon, balanced by a clean sweetness and lush body.
