Asylum Coffeehouse is proud to be working with Cofinet to offer the most exciting and innovative coffees from Colombia. Crop: 2022 Processing: This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 48 hours inside grain pro bags, later exposed to 24 hours of aerobic fermentation. Afterward, the coffee was placed back in Grainpro bags for another 48 hours. Later, placed on raised beds below 35 degrees Celcius until ideal moisture content was achieved.
