Pedro Turcio is a second-generation coffee farmer and owner of Finca Maria Bonita in Marcala, Honduras. Finca Maria Bonita was named in honor of his grandmother and mother who preceded him in the specialty coffee business. Pedro has dedicated significant time to grow his knowledge of coffee varieties. He is committed to consistently experimenting and improving the quality of his coffee, season after season. This coffee has undergone 40 hours of anaerobic fermentation in barrels with cascara as the fermentation substrate. Thanks Spocka and The Anti Robot Club for the awesome label collaboration!
