Figa Coffee
Wrocław, Poland
Our coffee - , took its name from the top on which it grew, it means the White Horse. The Catimor variety cultivated here is one of the so-called hybrid varieties - it was formed from the combination of Caturry and Timor. The resulting mixture highlights the advantages of both varieties - especially their resistance to climatic conditions and pests, highly appreciated by coffee producers throughout Asia. Interesting fact: the first coffee crops appeared in China in the 19th century thanks to French missionaries. This happened in the mountainous and fertile Yunnan region, which is also a leader in Arabica cultivation today.
