Corvus Coffee Roasters
Denver, CO, USA
This is one of my personal favorites! Of the 1000's of coffees I've tasted around the world, Sidra Natural from La Palma estate in Colombia is one of the most unique and interesting cups I've ever tasted! This year we have only 100 tins total of this amazing and unique varietal! Grown high in the misty Cundinamarca Mountains North of Bogota, this coffee is now thought to be a land race variety from Ethiopia. Its cup reminds us of Peach Cobbler converted into a hard candy. Deep syrupy sweet stone fruit flavors mix with sweet baking spice, but all over the top and obvious!
