About This Coffee
We can't get enough of these coffees from Diego Samuel Bermudez Tapia! We've featured four of his coffees before ("Rosa Té," "CH-08," "Road Trip," and "#11") and we are thrilled to be offering two more (this one, and H-08). This one is similar in flavor profile to Rosa Té/Road Trip/#11 - it has absolutely electric acidity, like grapefruit mixed with a very intense white wine. However, that acidity is balanced by tremendous strawberry lemonade sweetness, and there is a little hint of some florals like rose as well. This coffee is BRIGHT and SWEET! Diego Samuel has done many experiments, varying the percentage of ripe and semi-ripe beans, the oxidation time, and then fermentation process/time. There's also a precisely controlled drying stage after that. Whatever the magic is, Diego Samuel has got it, and we could not be any happier to be offering two more of his simply incredible coffees to you.
