Fitzroy Street is our signature blend and the house espresso at our original roastery & cafe in Fitzroy. It's the OG Industry Beans blend, which we have evolved and modernised over time. Fitzroy Street is a light-medium roast blend that makes for a vibrant espresso brew, or a stronger filter brew. It tastes great with milk, and as a black coffee. Fitzroy Street has a roast intensity of 7/10, and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
