A short roast, very high front up heat, finishing to focus on fruity flavors, highlighting exotic fruit characteristics with particular attention to our fermentation formulas. NAMING Ortho, from orthographic projections for representing three-dimensional objects from several views and various planes, portraits the Batian variety from several angles and spotlighting what is possible to achieve in Kenya. The manifestation and participation of Ortho Ortho, a.k.a "B13", was first publicly used by Simen Andersen at the Norwegian Brewers Cup in Oslo, Norway 2022, placing 1st.
