We're fortunate to work with importers who sometimes seem to know when we've got a hole in our menu before we do. Not to suggest that the good folks at Red Fox have precognition superpowers, but they helped us book this really great coffee from Mexico just in the nick of time. Pepé Arguello's field blend from his farm Finca Santa Cruz is a great cup of coffee to wake up to: it's smooth and soft, with an incredible sweetness. It wasn't too long ago now that Pepé won his country's Cup of Excellence, and when you taste this you'll understand the type of care and precision it takes to make coffee taste this good. This is our first Mexico in a couple years, but with coffees this good coming from there it likely won't be our last!
