Within these sacred lands lives a welded community of about 150 workers, their steadfast devotion serves as the lifeblood that maintains the farm's continued prosperity. In recognition of the craftsmanship of coffee production, they have established nine carefully managed drying stations, each a proof of the artistry of conventional technicians.
