Glitch Coffee & Roasters
Tokyo, Japan
Coffee from Agrotakesi farm, a famous farm in Bolivia, is now available. It won first place in the Bolivia COE held in the past, and attracted attention from all over the world with its wonderful cup quality. This lot is a little unique. Geisha peaberry. A coffee cherry usually contains two seeds, but a peaberry contains only one. Nutrients that should have been divided into two beans are combined into one, so the content of oil and essential minerals increases, and the taste is more concentrated and rich. Surrounded by high-altitude mountains and located in one of the world's leading highlands, this farm is combined with a special environment to allow you to enjoy the overwhelmingly gorgeous aroma and rich sweetness and texture derived from the variety. Geisha Praberry grown at the Agrotakesi plantation, which was once said to be impossible to grow coffee. The effort and careful approach of the farm are included. Enjoy!
