About This Coffee

Our Current Colombia Supremo is from the Huila region. Our Colombian coffee comes from the Nariño, Tolima, Huila and Antioquia regions. Colombia naturally produces some of the best tasting coffees in the world due to the lush volcanic soil, elevation and climate of the region. We buy most of our Colombian coffee through a cooperative of farmers that are familiar with our strict quality requirements. We set up our own system of cupping (tasting) each batch to ensure we only select beans that are outstanding in their flavor and freshness. Many of the farmers we source our coffees from are Cup of Excellence and local competition winners.
