This is collaboration between the Young Producers at Unblended and their mentors like the renowned Sebastian Ramirez. Many small experimental lots from the Young Producers are blended with coffees from these more seasoned mentors to ensure a consistent blend that showcases everything that Unblended works so hard to foster. Cat Nap Coffee Roasting is a small-batch limited-release specialty coffee roaster located in Staunton, Virginia specializing in innovative, experimental, and all around special coffees.
