This coffee comes from the farm of Wagner Ferrero in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil. It is a natural processed lot and is made up of the yellow bourbon variety, a mutation of the very popular red bourbon. The Cerrado Mineiro region is well known for producing high quality coffees – hot summers and dry, cool winters are perfect for producing consistent results year after year.
