About This Coffee

This is a cooperative coffee coming from Dolores, Tolima in Colombia. Asoagroambiente is an association that takes a holistic view of the land, family and different cultural expressions. They came up with the name as a way to honor the Ambicaes Indians that first settled their land. The name represents care of the environment through cultivation, processing and commercialization. This is a washed coffee made up of castillo, caturra and Colombia varietals. Grown between 1500-1900 MASL this coffee tastes like raspberry and fudge and is very sweet.
