This washed caturra from Yeny Pinchao really stood out to us on the cupping table. The tropical brightness from well balanced citrus acidity paired with a high level of sweetness made this coffee a winner. Narino coffees are so distinct, unique, expressive. Each area and micro climate tells a story. These coffees are grown at very high elevations which allow the cherry to ripen slowly presenting fantastic flavours, bright acidity, and prominent sweetness.
