Alessandro’s love for beekeeping is what lends his business the name Honey Coffee Farms, pretty sweet huh? Ba dum tssssssssss. Ok that landed a bit flat. But I think we can all agree being a coffee farmer / beekeeper is one of the top jobs. I didn’t even know that was a job and now I know I want it. I wonder what it’s like to be inside the suit, you know, the bee suit - looking after all the bees. I’ve seen those videos online of people beekeeping without the suit too but I’m not that crazy, I would wear the suit. Anyway, this lot we have from Alessandro’s farm/beekeeping paradise is a naturally processed mix of the varietals Mundo Novo and Catuai. It’s a good, smooth Brazil, with lots of the classic Brazil profile - think nuts and milk chocolate. It’s a… keeper… … alright forget it.
