About This Coffee
This lot is incredibly jammy and zesty upfront, with a muscovado-like sweetness and stewed orchard fruit in its profile. Sitting between 1800-2000 MASL, the Ninga Hill community is far beyond the reach of electricity. Coffee trees can be seen everywhere: from the edge of the single track dirt paths that weave through the hills to the doorsteps of farmers’ self-made mud brick houses. The work we see here is from the hands of approximately 764 coffee producers.
