Bright coffee with notes of maraujuya, black currant and dark chocolate. One of our brightest Brazilian lots in the 2023/2024 season, which we brought from our last trip to this country. Coffee has grown one of the small partners of the Cocatrel cooperative, where we buy about half of all microlots for a year. The cooperative works with hundreds of farmers and invests in training partners to improve the quality of coffee. In this case, the partner is called Luis Fernando, he grows coffee on a small farm of about 15 hectares. The berry for this lot was collected from the trees of the variety of cataoia and treated in a natural experimental way, in which the berries were fermented in anaerobic environment in special stainless steel tanks.
